1. Tell us your requirements about the packaging design?
If you want to develop a packaging design, the first step is to tell us your requirements like sizes, printing, appearence. Or send us your product that we can give you advices about the package. Sizes will be confirmed as your products
2. Design confirmed and making sample
If you have design, send us for evaluation. If no design, our designer will help you to do the design as your requirements. Once design confirmed, we have to start making sample and send to you for approval.
3. Tell us the quantity you want to make?
After got the samples approved by customer, we will calculate the cost for you. The order quantity would be confirmed before quotation. Prices would be provided via email. Our email is info@vaffly.com
This step is very important
4. Place order and confirm the details once any changes.
If any changes before order, the steps would be same from step one. If no changes, please send order details. Proforma invoices will be sent accordingly. And then deposit.
5. Mass production
During the production, we will take pictures for every step for record till the order end. If neceassary, we also can provide these files for your reference.
6. QC, packaging and shipping
After inspection before packaging, all the items should be packed accordingly. Then arrange shipping if needed. We can send free in city if you have warehouse. We also can arrange our cooperated forwarder to ship to your destination.
7. Aftersale and re-order
We will take responsible for the quality if caused here. Please do not worry about the after sales. Re-orders can be arranged at any time. For the delivery time, the re-order time will be more shorter. Contact us by email or phone. We are online 24/7.
